Unwall Terms of Service

1. What Unwall Does

Unwall is a platform that helps you practice your fundraising pitch using audio. You can record yourself, get feedback, and improve your delivery and confidence.

Our goal is to help founders and professionals communicate their ideas clearly — not to judge or guarantee fundraising results.

2. Who Can Use Unwall

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use Unwall.  By using the site, you confirm that:

• •You're legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
• •You'll follow these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Your Account

Some parts of Unwall may require an account. When you create one, you agree to:

• •Keep your password safe.
• •Let us know if you notice unauthorized activity on your account.

You're responsible for all activity that happens through your account.

4. What You Upload

You may upload or record audio, text, or other materials (“User Content”) while using Unwall.

You give us permission to use it (only to improve the product). By using Unwall, you grant us a license to:

We will never sell your recordings or share them with third parties for advertising purposes. 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Unwall to:

• •Harm the system, hack, or disrupt others' use,
• •Impersonate anyone or misrepresent yourself.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If Unwall offers paid features:

Unwall provides general feedback and suggestions for educational purposes. We do not promise that our Service will lead to investment, job offers, or financial success. You use Unwall at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unwall and its affiliates are not liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
