Unwall ("we," "us," or "our") operates a payment infrastructure platform that enables AI agents to hold USDC stablecoin wallets and execute financial transactions on behalf of their operators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, API, MCP server, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, and profile data obtained through Google OAuth when you sign up or sign in.
- Financial information: bank account details when you link a bank account for ACH funding, including account and routing numbers provided to our payment processor.
- Billing information: payment card or payment method details provided to Stripe for SaaS subscription billing.
- Project and wallet data: project names, descriptions, API keys, wallet addresses, and transaction records you create through the Service.
- Communications: any information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, API calls made, timestamps, referring URLs, and general interaction patterns.
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Error and performance data: crash reports, error logs, and performance metrics collected through Sentry for the purpose of maintaining and improving service reliability.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Google OAuth: basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) provided by Google when you authenticate.
- Payment processors: transaction status and confirmation data from Stripe (ACH transfers) and Circle (blockchain wallet operations).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and projects.
- Process financial transactions, including ACH bank transfers, USDC wallet operations, and x402 API payments.
- Manage your subscription and billing through Stripe.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve the security, performance, and reliability of the Service.
- Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other illegal activities.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations, including applicable financial regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Send you service-related communications such as account confirmations, transaction receipts, security alerts, and updates to our policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We share information with the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each provider processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy:
- Supabase: authentication and database hosting. Processes your account information and stores application data.
- Circle (Programmable Wallets): blockchain wallet creation and management on the Base network. Processes wallet addresses and USDC transaction data.
- Stripe: ACH bank account linking, micro-deposit verification, fiat payment processing, and billing. Processes bank account details, transfer records, and payment information.
- Sentry: error tracking and application performance monitoring. Receives error logs, stack traces, and device information for debugging purposes.
- Google: OAuth authentication. Receives and provides basic profile information during sign-in.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction records may be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data at rest using AES-256.
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3.
- Secure wallet infrastructure through Circle Programmable Wallets.
- API key authentication for all agent and programmatic access.
- Regular security reviews and monitoring.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability: request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to certain processing of your data.
